An initiative set up by Clare Anderson and Resh Sidhu to inspire and empower the women (and men!) at AKQA NY, giving them a toolkit of skills that will shape their future and career.
Starting as a photography and interview series to mark International Women’s Day, we asked every woman in the New York studio to reflect on how they got where they are, the hurdles they faced along the way and what changes they would like to see in future. The end result: over fifty portraits and interviews that were published in Creative Review and The Dots.
The program ran through 2018 as a twice-monthly series of talks and workshops lead by industry leaders to inspire, empower and celebrate the team.
